We will soon launch an express delivery service, so you can receive your orders as quickly as possible with no extra shipping fees.

Shipping Costs

Free worldwide shipping for orders over the amount indicated in the top bar (or the equivalent in your currency).

For orders below that amount, shipping costs €2.90.

Shipping Times

Standard shipping: approximately 2 weeks.

In cases of high demand or logistics, shipping may take 3 to 4 weeks.

If your order does not arrive within 30 days, contact us at admin@myticrate.com with “shipping” in the subject line, and we will resolve it immediately.

International Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide, except:

Melilla, Ceuta, Faroe Islands, Cayman Islands, US Virgin Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, British Virgin Islands, Turks and Caicos Islands, Solomon Islands, Falkland Islands, Marshall Islands, Reunion, Bouvet Islands, Christmas Islands, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Cook Islands, Heard Island and McDonald Islands, Norfolk Island, Sint Maarten, South Georgia and the South Sandwich Islands, United Arab Emirates, Israel, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, South Africa.

Taxes and Duties

Import taxes, customs duties, and other fees may apply upon arrival.

These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not covered by Myti Crate. For more information, contact your local customs office.

Payments in Other Currencies

If your card is in a currency other than Euros, the final price may vary depending on your bank’s exchange rate.

International transaction fees may also apply according to your bank’s policies.
